Order Processing
You will receive an order confirmation at the time your order is submitted. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  You will be notified of any out of stock or back ordered items.

Shipping & Handling
For most orders, shipping is $8 for the first item and $3 for each additional item. Costs for large, heavy, or sensitive items may vary, and will be indicated at checkout. Orders totaling over $500 are eligible for free shipping.  All shipments are tracked and insured using USPS, UPS or FedX.  Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.  Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer.


Michigan Sales Tax of 6% will be applied to all orders placed by Michigan residents regardless of shipping address.

Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise may be returned for store credit, exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of purchase, excluding shipping costs.  Returning merchandise must be in clean, unused  condition, with tags in place to qualify for refund. Please take special care when trying on garments to prevent damage by make-up, perfumes, pet hair and jewelry to guarantee full refund.

To return an item, use enclosed Return Label. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is advised to insure and track your item upon return, as no refunds  can be given for merchandise not received.  Refunds will  be credited back to your original form of payment, and will take 2-3 weeks to process.  It may take additional time for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Sale items are not returnable.
